  • who loves the idea of having a professional coach in your corner to help YOU when you need it. 

  • wants movement in their life but doesn’t want it to be their entire life. 

  • craves peace of mind of having your programming done for you so you can get in and out of the “gym” quickly and efficiently while progressing towards your goals.

  • Is ready to learn how to separate fitness and diet culture from your identity. AKA learn how to live your life outside of constantly changing your body.

  • Is ready to make strength and endurance gains with a kick ass online community

The Group

12 Month Training Program | 3 Month Training Blocks
 

  • 4 Days a week

  • Program Focus: Squat dominant, Upper body push/pull, Deadlift + Conditioning Day

  • Mobility, Warm Up, Program focus, and accessory work included

  • 45 - 60 min workouts

  • Coaching feedback, and Support with video feedback

  • Three-month initial commitment, then month-to-month

  • Programs delivered inside TrainHeroic mobile App
