What is the Healthy Habits Course?
The Healthy Habits Course (HHC) has been designed to make lifestyle changes easier to manage. Have you ever tried to start a new diet or exercise routine only to feel burnt out and frustrated? That is likely because you tried to change every one of your habits at once! That is too much change to manage with or without a coach helping you. The HHC implements one new habit each week to help keep you from getting overwhelmed by change.
What do I need to get started?
An active facebook account is highly recommended so you can stay in touch with the group. If not you will receive weekly email updates.
